One of our favorite patients and consistently hard-working clients, Auri, lost around 35 pounds over the course of 6 months by committing to 3 Tornado Workouts per week. Auri started without any Boxing or Lifting experience and now he enjoys class by pushing himself harder and lifting heavier each time! We are all so proud of his accomplishments!
Shana started with Tornado Gym from the beginning! Even before we opened, she was doing just one personal training session with me a week. We had some big challenges due to issues with her hips, ankle mobility and knee pain. We started to do 2 sessions a week and added 2 Tornado Workouts and the transformation is amazing! She has lost more than 50lbs and now she can lift heavy weights with perfect form and no pain at all!

Meet Mary. She started working out with no previous experience. She started during the pandemic and put in 3 months of hard work in the backyard with only simple equipment. Mary has continued to push herself on her wellness journey.
She started with three 45-minute sessions per week. Now she is up to 3 hour-long sessions PLUS 3 Tornado Workouts a week! She is 57 years old and has lost 22lbs over the past 32 weeks (about 7 and a half months)! Mary continues to push herself daily and she is a vital member of the gym. I am extremely proud of her progress, and I cannot wait to see what goals she crushes next!
