Tornado Workout is our exclusive group fitness class. It combines 35 minutes of Boxing with 25 minutes of Strength & Conditioning into an hour class and provides the best full-body workout you could ask for! Group classes are open to every fitness and technical ability level.
Our goal is to maximize your experience by tailoring the workout to your individual ability level. Class size is limited to 15 participants to allow the coaches to interact with every client throughout the hour. Our trainers will be there to address form and technique and make sure you get the best workout for you – not the person in class next to you.
