Classes & Programs
Tornado Workout is our exclusive group fitness class. It combines 35 minutes of Boxing with 25 minutes of Strength & Conditioning into an hour class and provides the best full-body workout you could ask for! Group classes are open to every fitness and technical ability level.
Our goal is to maximize your experience by tailoring the workout to your individual ability level. Class size is limited to 15 participants to allow the coaches to interact with every client throughout the hour. Our trainers will be there to address form and technique and make sure you get the best workout for you – not the person in class next to you.
Looking for a more customized experience or a workout option that fits your busy schedule? Our trainers are available for One-on-One Personal Training sessions. One-on-one training is for all fitness levels and tailored to your personal fitness goals. Our Personal Training sessions can focus on Boxing, Kickboxing, Olympic Lifting, or Overall Strength & Conditioning. We have expert trainers that will help you reach your goals.
The perfect solution for those who love training in a group but prefer a more personalized experience while training with friends. Our Private Small Group Training sessions are designed for 2-5 people of any ability level. The classes are targeted towards any goal you have: Strength & Conditioning, Boxing, or Kickboxing. You decide what you want to train, and our expert coaches will program training sessions that will get you and your friends the best workout possible.
